Saturday mornings…

The weekend is a perfect time for baked goods. We all agreed that this couldn’t-be-more-simple chewy berry oat bar by Yammie’s hit the spot!

If you don’t have oat flour, just grind up the desired quantity of oats in your blender or food processor and you’ll have saved yourself some money. We did this with normal oats (no gluten intolerance to report in our home yet thankfully) and the berries we found in our freezer: blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries.

Come on, don’t be a recipe stickler…it’s the weekend!
